Conference Registration

Each author registration is valid for ONE paper. At least one author per paper must be registered at the FULL Author Registration rate (i.e., ACM/IEEE Member / Non-Member registration), regardless of whether or not they are students.
FULL Author Registration means NON-STUDENT registration.

Cancellation Policy
Author registration is not refundable. All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to sidi@wm.edu by Nov 15, 2025, 11:59 PM AoE Time.
There will be an administrative fee of $50 for cancelled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline.
