ACM/IEEE SEC'25 Student Research Competition

The ACM/IEEE Symposium on Edge Computing (SEC'25) will host a Student Research Competition (SRC) to provide a unique opportunity for students to present their original research in the field of edge computing. The SRC aims to recognize outstanding student contributions, facilitate interaction between students and distinguished researchers, and offer valuable feedback on their work.

Guidelines

Selection Process

The SRC will be conducted in two rounds:

Awards

The first, second, and third place winners will be announced at the banquet.

Submission

Students who submit to the SEC'25 Poster or Demo Sessions will be automatically considered for the SRC. The abstract should describe recently completed or ongoing research in an area relevant to edge computing. If the work is part of a larger group project, the submission must clearly state the student's individual contributions.

For detailed instructions on formatting and submission deadlines, please refer to the official SEC'25 Posters and Demos pages.
