Author Registration Requirements
- At least one author per paper must register as an author at the full Member or Non-Member rate, regardless of student status.
- Each author registration is valid for two conference papers.
- Up to three additional conference papers may be purchased per author registration for US$500 per additional paper.
- There is no limit to the number of workshop papers that may be registered per author registration.
Cancellation Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be received in writing at ieeecs-reg+SEC@computer.org by September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. A US$100 administrative fee applies to all cancelled registrations. This policy applies to all registrations, including author registrations.
